Thank you for taking the time to have a look at our wonderful new website
ECVS is an independant local
Umbrella organisation for voluntary groups operating in the Exmouth and
the surrounding area. We were estabished as a charity and opened our
doors in Exmouth in 1975, helping the community in anyway we could. In
August 2002, the organisation adopted the name of Exmouth and District
Volunteer Centre.
ECVS now has approximately 47 affilitated members and works with between 85 and 100 volunteers. In 2003 Exmouth Council of Voluntary Services were please to announce that they would be introducing a "New" addition to the services that it already provided called Exmouth Community Car Service to the residents of Exmouth and the surrounding area.

Our Mission Statement:
"ECVS exists to promote and encourage the development of Exmouth's Voluntary Sector. ECVS is committed to giving a service both to individuals who wish to become volunteers and to their member organisations, statutory bodies and individual citizens who request help."
